Sometimes I wonder if BURNS is a remixing robot invented by Linus Loves in his secret 12:12 labs!? The dude just made acquaintance with the public less than a year ago & already remixed Buy Now, Wiley, Late Of The Pier, Bucketheads, Empire Of The Sun, Linus Loves, Filthy Dukes, Yuksek and I even heard he's busy remixing Gossip's Heavy Cross (I hope it's true)! Sinister dominates his vibe and occasionally his reworks sound like the ego of the Decepticons, mettalic, sharp and shiny like his Prom Night remix, but whether it's deephouse, electro, bassline or pop methods he sports, BURNS makes he owns it.

Punks Jump Up been remixing blog-Pop folks for so long that I accepted them as remixers rather than the band, but that's only me because they've been on the road throwing a successful gig after another for years, making punks jump up at the scene.. something I yet yearnt o experience. They almost played a gig here in Bahrain few months ago, which would've been the first indie band in history toplay on this island but unfortunately it got canceled last minute *rants*.
This is a band that like sot match it's paint war energy with it's visual aesthetics, keeping kids decorated in Kate Morross designed apparel and adding records to our collection with sleeves rad enough to be framed and hanged on the wall.
I wouldn't mind really if the english/swedish duo decided to infinitely remix & gig while occasionally (rarely) throw an original through a compilation (Kitsune Maison) or release a limited physical single through a third party label as long as they're active. Good news is they are finally working on their debut album & guess who's on the guest list? Le Tigre's JD Samson side project MEN! YESSS!

I'm still convinced about the importance of a live The Presets CD/DVD existence in the universe, ever since the first goosebump that Coachella performance of Are You The One? induced - I think it's time to start a petition or write fake suicide threat emails to Modular.
Who wouldn't want to see one of their favorite bands performing sinister versions of their songs? Better check their tour schedule, their live show is something not to be missed.

ohhcrapp is ok, but what turns people off is ohhcrapp often seems to be more about faisal's ego than the music being featured. concentrate on the music and less on faisal and less on gaming hype machine. eventually the haters will be won over.
and stop harassing artists 24/7... they have lives and it's not to serve faisal 320z.
Last I checked, it is Faisal's blog. If you don't like it, there is a simple solution: Stop reading it.
I care about the number of fans here, because without us, Faisal couldn't share all this fucking great music.

not speaking for all the the other bloggers, but i kinda feel like we like taking the piss as it's just such a crap blog - and it's done for all the wrong reasons. this blog doesnt post great music, it posts a lot of average music with one tune every so often. it is neither helpful to to the artist nor the labels - how many of you actually buy the tracks of other tracks by the artists? how many of you go to the live show? how many of you share this music? How many of you carry any influence outside of egoboys lair? the world is full of blogs, and you little fan boys need to get some music taste.

@brovash - yes he uses hypemachine so his post go up in popularity and he gets more hits. It's abusing the system and a diservice to the other blogs and artists but hypem obviously doesn't care because they get to sell more ads.

I just wonder what's up with this one-single-updated-post-concept? What's the deal? What does anyone gain from that? All I see is that it strays away from the whole basic blog concept and structure.
On a second note I would just like to point out that hypem previewing links is something the downloaders, artists and remixers and bloggers can benefit from. But frankly I don't see why any reader/downloader would bother previewing through low-quality, slow-rendering Hypem streams. I just download the heap and listen through it, and most of the stuff on Ohh Crapp is GOOD! End of story.

Clearly half the people saying anything bad here are from blogs, they seem to know a little too much about why the blog works and that makes it quite obvious...
im an artist faisal 'harrases' and i'd hardly call it harrasing.. hes very friendly and id definitely send him something first, he is always looking out for our interests. I wouldn't be surprised if its the same reason labels give him exclusives..
SO why try bring him down when he is absolutaly owning every blog. At least he doesn't delete posts like every other blog.
When your only haters are from other blogs, i guess its a good sign your blog is doing well. no fans are going out of their way to say anything bad here, its purely and obviously just the competition..
