I've always loved Class Of 1984 ever since I interviewed Futurecop! in 08 & i was slightly pissed that it didn't make it onto their The Unicorn and the Lost City of Alvograth EP.... then 2 days ago Bigstereo posted a gargantuan Anoraak remix of it where he infused the Night Drive With You like notes that made us fall in love with him in the first place, it is easily my favorite remix by Anoraak to date & it's the perfect tune to warp us back in time, specially if you were born in 1984 (like me), so so so cosmic.
I asked Anoraak for a 320kbps upgrade.

is it me or do all of FutureCops songs sound identical, almost the same melody. Listen to NASA, Starworshipper, Gateaux Blaster, jeeeez

i think theyre like any other artist and have their own preference as far as the similar sounding songs goes... until you've acquainted yourself with any given artist, it'll be tough to hear the differences that make each song individually amazing.
*side note: born in '87 and saw futurecop! 2 weeks ago in LA

I dropped this track last night and i gotta say, much to my surprise, it was a hit. I love this track, but didn't know how well it would translate into dance floor bliss, but it works. Even the 'ultra-cool', urban outfitter mannequin hipster kids that stand around and drink their $9 Peroni's staring everyone down got into it.
.. which kinda shocked me because, you know...it's not Justice....at all.

I didn't really like this track until I heard it on speakers. The low bass behind everything really ties it together, on headphones it's just too bright.
