I hate it whenever a new name pops up in the blogosphere that can't be traced to it's owner, Bitchee Bitchee YaYaYa, Golden Filter, Fake Blood (Theo Keating?)... and now we have Moscow!!?
He's from the UK (or probably pretending to be) & has a sound that fits not better under nay label other than DFA, the smooth dubby kraut-esque extended goodness feature is truly tangible & if i try to close my eyes my guesses for the potential real identity would include Tim Goldsworthy (The Loving Hand), Ewan Pearson, Aeroplane, Andy Butler (Hercules & Love Affair), Holy Ghost!, Boozoo Bajou & the list goes on!
There should be clues scattered around his MySpace that I probably didn't notice, but he's seriously one to watch for now that you now about!
Below is his remix of new Foals single Olympic Airways but unfortunately he handed the homework in too late, and it got excluded from the release. which is a shame because it's a 10+ minutes of pure dark electro disco house funk.
