Despite the over hype at some of my favorite POP blogs & websites over the new Sugababes album that leaked over the other night - I played the album once and over again & didn't sense the supposed to go crazy over material - Girls was a weak comeback single & I'm sad to say that it's not even the worst song on the album, & i prefer the Fred Falke remix over the original... if you're one of the ppl who resent the Sugababes & were thinking 'Hmmm there should be an instrumental of that Fred Falke remix' then your prayers have ben answered, coz i've got something close enough, the Dub (the vocal mix is the one for me).

I'm not sure if the album will grow on me over time (although i highly doubt it), but i'm pretty sure that my Sugababes obsession is over, or at least paused.
Pay attention to Side Chick, one of the album tracks that sounds like a stolen rerecorded Robyn demo... I actually like the ballads on that album over the fasties!

i absolutely agree...thie material is so weak, i dont even care that it leaked now. although the original is slightly better than fred falke.
That's true, a really weak record. At least we only have to wait till next year for the next one...
Robyn's procucer Klas Åhlund worked on this one, that's why sometimes there's a Robynish sound (but worse).
Looks like Girls Aloud have the key now.
And cover is awful too!
Oh I think it's really nice in places in a Supremes kind of way. In the context of the album I really get 'Girls' now but was with you in thinking it was a weak lead single. I actually think the first 3 songs are bonza, followed by two of the ballads. The rest ranges from 2 out of 5 to 4 out of 5 star songs.
Obviously GA's effort is going to be better.
mmm, i thought this album was better tha change, is more mature..and the slower songs are worth buying it, especially sunday rain...
The album has conceptually a nostalgic feeling and that´s good, besides that...it doesnt deserve aaallll the hype

It's a great musical album. Watch out b*tches, Sugababes are coming back stronger this year :)
