I know this has been written about on countless Blogs already but I was totally going to write a bad review about them at first, because the first few times I played their tracks it seemed like all the power lies within the near-end of the track break down/bridge... & that bit being best of the track pulled all the attention and minimized the importance of the remaining body.. still It was a good enough reason for me to come back & listen to them all over again... but then today while I was brushing my teeth, the groovy beat to "Avida Dollars" kept popping in my had & it gave me the urge to go & play it loud. At that point I realized the greatness of their production, it's a grower for sure & once it has grown then your brain would've registered their sound signature at that point, meaning whatever comes next from this duo you'll be able to like immediately. It was just a matter of understanding their sound. Right now I can say, I really like them!
Spitzer are two ex. rockers who got breast fed in their earlier years by Axl Rose and
Jimmy Page. After 7 years of growth in the indie scene their body started to produce testosterone & their hormones kept craving for the synthetic environment and the animal beats of Techno. Their slowly building tech-house-tronic music needs patience to be appreciated (that I’ve learned), it's like a villain robot with a fax machine plugged into his eyes sockets & transferring nude photos of the washing machine in a rate of 10 pixels per minute through bad transmission to a beta version of a Casio printer circa 1973”, a long time consuming process but the result is no less than art.

"Spitzer" are currently working on an official remix for "Kylie Minogue" & finalising their first EP, "Roller Coaster".
The only thing IMO would make their music better is if their tracks were under 5 minutes, it protects the listener from getting bored of the excess repetition. Sometimes it feels like its never going to end.
