Grafton Primary Can Cook!

One of my favorite new discoveries are the Australian 80s revival electro & synth-wave bandGrafton Primary”, I know tons of blog shave already been praising it but they’re just too good for me to not write about! Beside the good music what pulled my attention is their I’m-reading-rhyming-poems-rather-than-singing-vocals while their music is not new breakthrough genre nor futuristic, they are playing with a style that’s been around for the past 25 years & added their own funky taste to it to create some super synth pop tunes!

They’ve just released an addictive 6 tracks EP titled “Relativity” which is a taster of what to expect from their in-the-works yet to come in 2008 album! The EP follows the success of "Hidden Cycle", which was rotation for 6 months on JJJ.

Tracklist:
01. Relativity
02. Change
03. Stuck in my head
04. I Can Cook
05. In An Hourglass
06. Relativity (Tommy Trash Remix)

The Mylo-ish stand-out track “I Can Cook” will have you begging your mom for super blue eye-shadow, neon Lycra and acid wash.

* The only thing I hate is the artwork of the EP, probably the worst I’ve seen this year.
